Privacy Policy — HD Media Tools

HD Media Tools ("the tool") is an internal tool operated by Hinode Holdings Co., Ltd. ("we"). It is used only by our own Google account to manage YouTube channels that we operate.

1. Data we access

With your permission through Google OAuth, the tool accesses the following data of the signed-in account's own YouTube channels only:

• Channel name, video list and video details (to confirm the correct channel and to manage our videos)
• Uploading videos, thumbnails and captions, and editing titles, descriptions and settings of our own videos
• View statistics (YouTube Analytics) and comments on our own videos (read only)

2. How we use the data

The data is used only to upload and manage our own videos and to review their performance. We do not sell, share or transfer the data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Storage

Authorization tokens and downloaded statistics are stored only on the company's own computer. They are not uploaded to any other server. You can delete them at any time by deleting the files.

4. Google API Services

The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tool uses the YouTube API Services; see also the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Revoking access

You can revoke the tool's access at any time from your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
